This is a delicious and very tasty quiche recipe enhanced with some flavorsome Mexican cheese.
What you'll need:
Place prepared quiche pastry and push down firmly, especially around the edges. Sprinkle grated Mexican cheese evenly inside. Place ricotta, eggs, half’n’half, and herbs into a blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes and pour into the quiche dish, over the pie crust.. Bake at 400F for 40 – 45 minutes. Quiche should be firm and lightly browned on top. Cool quiche for at least 10 minutes before serving with your favorite salad. |
